One of the best around. Me and my partner visited 3 weeks ago on Friday. Just back from holiday as of late review but I can’t stop thinking about this treasure of a place. From the minute we walked in, to the minute we left our experience was superb. We were welcomed to a big smile and a friendly greeting, we booked and were swiftly seated to our table. The menu had alot of different dishes what caught my eye was the variety of pastas, which suited me and my partners taste. Around 3 minutes later drinks were taken, and arrived shortly after which to then the food order was taken, I opted for the soup of the day and my partner went for the mushrooms. Starters were excellent on both half’s. Main I had the penne sopranos (which I couldn’t recommend more) and my partner the godfather pizza, same as the starters both were excellent. The pizza had an amazing base to it with the right amount of meat on top, the sopranos was a very good sized pasta dish with creamy tomato sauce with different meat in it. AMAZING. And for desert we ordered the tiramisu. I asked the waiter if this was “home made” and he replied saying it was. Store tiramisu is no good in my books, the big portion of tiramisu arrived with a nice presentation of ice cream and chocolate sauce. The best I’ve had in a long time. Overall me and my other half felt right at the heart of Italy in this premises on a very busy Friday. The very busy waiter collected our dish’s smoothly and cheery and was very attentive during meals, even tho the place was full. 10/10.

What an amazing experience!! Came here with my family and friends, a group of 8.. and I can not recommend this place enough!! The steak was just top class.. and the tiramisu was out of this world!!! Staff were very friendly and the vibe was just great! Definitely will be back!!

Amazing food- always fantastic quality. Excellent service - always very kind and welcoming. I have been coming here for years and it is my favourite Italian in Dundee.

The staff are lovely very friendly and welcoming. The food is beautifully cooked and presented. I can recommend the garlic mushrooms and the lasagne is gorgeous. All the food is piping hot and just lovely. my new favourite restaurant

This place was recommended by a friend when I was visiting Dundee and what a great recommendation it was. Busy family run restaurant giving that personal touch. Food was terrific as were the staff. Will definitely be returning.

If you want great tasting Italian food in Dundee then I present Don Michele! Me and my friend had a great experience, shout out to the staff who were all very welcoming and gave great service supplying us with all of our needs. We were sat down and had our meal in front of us within under 10 minutes after ordering! The Linguine Carbona was absolutely beautiful. My friend got The Godfather Pizza and he said it was up there with one of the best pizzas he has ever tried! The dough was to a perfect crispy texture, it had plenty of topping on it as well. We after had to try the desserts, a beautiful homemade Kinder Bueno Nutella Cheesecake which I thought was absolutely lovely! My friend opted for the Tiramisu and he was very keen on it as well! Overall we had a great experience, great food, great service from the waitersand overall a great reason to come back in the near future!

I had an amazing dining experience at Don Michele! The food was absolutely delicious. I started with the bruschetta, followed by the linguine pescatora – every bite was incredible! My boyfriend ordered the Godfather pizza with a side of truffle chips, and he was equally thrilled with his meal. The service was top-notch despite it being a busy night; the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. One of the waitresses with curly dark hair had such a beautiful smile and made us feel very welcome. She even surprised us with free shots to celebrate our anniversary, which made the night even more special. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back!

Ci siamo Recati da Don Michele perché le recensioni erano positive.Abbiamo preso come antipasto le bruschette al pomodoro,(tra l’altro erano condite con oilo indefinibile,cipolla e senza sale,peró hanno messo l’aceto balsamico agrodolce 🫣poco italiano a mio avviso.Due pizze Margherita,colma di formaggio e mozzarella,e una pizza con salame piccante.Sopra la pizza al salame piccante ci hanno messo la Kechup piccante🫣.E a parte ci hanno portato il formaggio grattugiato 😩 Comunque le ragazze che ci lavorano sono molto gentili e disponibili.Consiglio vivamente di cambiare il cuoco e pizzaiolo,perché di italiano non c’era proprio nulla.Davvero dispiaciuta per la recensione negativa.
