Good restaurant for ‘slow travellers’

So, the location of the restaurant is great. It is quieter than the other restaurant and still in the centre. We loved that, especially with our two dogs. The waitress is friendly, speaks English. The food is good, some had the wow factor (tikka masala, salad, rump steak) others normal. The service we gave 4 stars because of the waiting. I believe it took around 45 min and with hardly any people ( we were later at night), so that could be improved. To look at the bright side, if you enjoy ‘slow travel’, then this is a great way to enjoy good food and relax completely.

Terrible food and no returns

Absolutely terrible food. Even the rice wasn’t cooked right. We returned it and then they charged the full amount saying their boss doesn’t accept returns. That’s a big red flag.

Disaster

We were here 3 times during last year. Three times we got different young server and 3 times it was a disaster. This time we got warm beer (I asked if they can put it to the fridge and I was told there is no room for it). We ordered a lemonade. Never got it. When asked where it is we were told they run out if jugs (they were empty on other tables). We were waiting for food for over an hour and half. People were sitting down and leaving after not being served at all. We got no cutlery or napkins. Awful management. They don’t have a bad day, they have a bad year. Honestly sort your stuff out.

Hidden but excellent!

Excellent experience! I was very satisfied, pretty fast service, delicious food and smiling waitress. Draft beer Indian pale ale was good as well. It is located out of main street, so it is quite there. I have enjoyed this restaurant!

Little restaurant in the city. We had a very friendly waitress and the food was delicious. They had 3 vegan options. The pizza and pizzacheese was small but very tasty and reminded me of a napolitanian pizza.

Pizza bola super no krevety az tak nie. Trosku dlhsie trvalo kym nas obslúžili ale inak v pohode obsluha. Trosku drahšie ale to sa od trenčínu dá čakať. Krevety si radsej nedávajte ale inak sme ziadny problem nemali.

Obsluha bola v praci asi prvy den, servis oplaseny, vykrikuju poznamky o klientoch cez celu restavraciu. V thai curry sme mali nedovarene maso, no jedlo stalo 13€. Pristor dnu zatuchnuty rovnako ako pohare a vreckovy na stolovani. Plus davam iba polievke batatovy krem, ktory nam velmi chutil.

Lovely little friendly place hidden away

Friendly staff, unfussy menu and the food was very good, I had avocado carpaccio very nice and the chicken curry. Just be aware they do not accept cards so cash only but there is an ATM 5 mins walk away.. I know I had to use it.
