Yksi henkilö pöydässämme tilasi ranskalaisten kanssa ketsuppia, tämä osoittautui ikään kuin omistajalle henkilökohtaiseksi loukkaukseksi. Ruovalla oli tarve todeta kovaan ääneen tiskin takaa, että; "Lapselle pitää tuoda ketsuppia", niin että varmasti muutkin asiakkaat siinä tilassa kuulisivat hänen kommenttinsa. Henkilö joka toiveen esitti on yli 60 vuotias mies. Rouva ei jättänyt asiaa siihen, hän päätti jatkaa asiakkaan nöyryyttämistä vielä lisää. One person at our table ordered ketchup with his french fries, this turned out to be a personal insult to the owner. Mrs needed to say out loud from behind the counter that; “The child needs to be brought ketchup,” so that surely other customers in that dining room would also hear her comment. The person who made the wish is a man over 60 years old. The lady didn't leave it at that, she decided to continue humiliating the customer even more. She came to the table separately to tell him how she doesn`t understand the use of ketchup and it is only used by children. At our table, everyone is working in the customer service industry, in that situation we were just amazed what just happened. Even if the customer asks ice for their coffee, it is not up to the staff to treat the customer humiliatingly. Ordering ketchup at a restaurant should be normal. The food was good, thank you.
