We had visited Roka for dinner. Loved the ambience, drinks and food. The service is excellent. We had tried the tasting menu and it was awesome. This was our second visit in the past one month.

The restaurant used to be one of my favourites but since they replaced the management and front of house it’s laughable. The manager is super rude but lacks any customer service. We asked what is the next course is so we can pair the wine, then we are served a totally different course that doesn’t pair with the wine and the manager tells you to stop complaining when you ask 5 times to confirm before selecting the wine…….very rude and aggressive despite the issues being the venues mistake. Laughable that during a business dinner the manager tries to start an argument at the table that the guest ends up having to deal with. Any comment or request to a waiter is taken as a complaint they then use to provide even worse service……I guess this is now a common issue based on how empty it now is.

Food meh. Sashimi good but rest of it felt a bit bargain bucket in all honesty. Dessert took over 45 minutes to arrive and our waitress was VERY arsey when we chased this and asked why it was so late. Had to rush dessert as had a taxi booked (we prebooked as brunch finished at 3pm), but no apologies or attempt to make amends from the staff. Avoid. Much better brunches out there, with far better service.

Excellent, food service, the view from the location is amazing! The music inside it is great , create a very good vibe! The staff are very friendly and customer oriented, they have a good attitude and do everything for the client and assure the client will leave the venue with a big smile

Went for the new Family brunch, and was really impressed. They’ve managed to strike the right balance between being fun for the kids whilst still being high quality food and a fine dining experience for the adults. Service was on point, the combination of buffet food and A La Carte worked well, and there was enough entertainment to keep the kids occupied for the full brunch to allow us to make the most of the free flowing bubbles! Highly recommend!

Restaurante japones situado en el hotel ME Dubai. La decoración es moderna y acogedora, el personal atento y la comida muy buena. Disponen de un menú a 125 AED con varias degustaciones de entrantes y opciones a escoger como segundo. Bastante concurrido, mejor reservar. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

If you want to experience a restaurant in Dubai with a stinky smoking entrance: come to this place. The main reason writing this feedback is the amazing comment of the lady at the reception: this is Dubai and I am here since 12 years. Well, Dubai GOV in my opinion is a role model how to separate smoking from non smoking. Not in this place. Food great though but not the attitude and smell at the entrance. The bar is NOT separated from the rest of the restaurant.

Did not expect to see such an affordable place for Asian food. Drinks start at 25 aed and snacks also and they were delicious. The English bartender was super nice and seemed to be enjoying his work a lot! Long hours for happy hour! 4-9pm wow !

Maggie was absolutely phenomenal! Her service at Roka was impeccable. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made our dining experience truly memorable.
