A no frills rustic, pleasant general store with a café. The food was good, hot, and plentiful. The toast was homemade bread. The staff were friendly and service was quick.

The Steak & Cheese with peppers and onions was amazing, along with my sons cheeseburger and fries. This place is a treasure, the owner's are kind, courteous, and enjoyable.

Visiting Becket on a family snow tubing trip, upon arrival we found ourselves entering a snow squall. Having booked a rental online, we didn’t know the area. Much to our surprise, the neighborhood we stayed did not have paved roads, and in the snow quickly became impassible. With no food, we were nervous we’d be stuck all night. I quick maps search revealed that Sherwood Shoppe was only a short walking distance away. My wife and I set off into the storm, and I am so grateful we did. The staff at Sherwood Shoppe was incredibly helpful and even more friendly. The food was prepared fresh and was spectacular. We had sandwiches for lunch and went back for pizza at dinner. I can’t thank them enough for being open and for providing two great meals for my family. Because it doubles as a country store, we were also able to pick up some forgotten provisions. I can’t say enough good about Sherwood Shoppe!!!
