My son wanted to come here as an end of term father and son lunch. He was raving about the place as he and his friends come here and buy food. A huge choice of food is on offer. Going for the quarter-pounder and chips. The service was really good, very polite and accommodating, given my lack of decision making. The food was cooked quickly and was really tasty. The team who work here are really friendly and welcoming and make you feel a welcomed customer. Overall, my first time here but I am guessing it will not be my last. Lovely cafe to have a drink or bit to eat that is local. Thanks all at Parkwood Cafè for a relaxing lunch break.

Given the reviews we were expecting good things. The staff were friendly enough , but the food at best was average , for example soggy toast with a spread of very dubious origin. Butter it was not. The poached eggs to go with the toast were solid too. Consequently we have not been back

A popular local café in a shopping centre . The reception was friendly enough and follow up was efficient too , the prices were okay for the food , but the food let it down as being average at best. Soggy toast for example being from an encounter with an unknown unpleasant substance spread on it ,and overcooked poached eggs.

Ok reason for above I’m a heating engineer and have been for some 44yrs now so as u can imagine I’ve been in a cafe or 5,000 🤪 and this one I visit at twice a week and have so since it opened and it has never disappeared and staff are really friendly

Had breakfast this morning with my family and as always the food was cooked fresh and was delicious, portion size is great and the staff could not be more friendly. Clearly people were having a Xmas treat as it was packed! Best cafe in Medway by far.

One of the best cafes in medway. Foods always perfect. Staff are so welcoming and always accommodating, both on my own and with my family. The place gets that busy it needs more seating! As a regular they know exactly what i want when i walk in as they remember their customers. Which is what a cafe is all about.

We visited for breakfast on a Saturday morning. There were lots of set menu options but none of them were quite what we wanted. However this was not a problem as the waitress was happy to swap out the items for what we wanted at no extra cost which was appreciated. The seating was very comfortable, and when the breakfast arrived it was served hot. The only negatives were that the sausages were very dry as if they had been pre-cooked and left heating, and the condiment pots, salt, pepper and sauce were dirty and sticky. The service was friendly and polite throughout.

Standard little cafe in Parkwood precinct, good selection of foods and drinks. I've only ever come in the mornings for breakfast, when you fancy a fry up. You can get set meals or just choose your own as each item has it's own price. Topped with a cup of tea as well, can't be beaten and sometimes nicer than driving to Dobbies.
