Great soft play for the younger ones but a little disappointed with their cleaning..

点评：Been here a few times. It's a really good soft play it is relatively clean. However, today there was a child who had not long arrived..threw up everywhere she was literally right behind where myself and my son sat.. I watched the staff handling this situation and I'm not going to lie I was pretty shocked..
There was one youngish member of staff who got two signs saying wet floor she then used a tissue to scoop up most of the sick...but there was still some left..yet the staff just left it the whole time throughout the session. No-one got rid of the sick fully nor disinfected the carpet /the area they sat. After managing a nursery myself this is appalling. I also saw several looks from other parents looking very concerned and overheard one parent saying I'm not sure how I feel about that. Ngl, I felt exactly the same way. The family with the sick little girl stayed for quite while when really ...they should of been politely told to leave.
They should have policy for those who come in with sickness bugs. I know it's sometimes unavoidable however, in this situation the family should of been told to leave the premises.
Apart from this big slip up, they are good soft play. Food is average. Staff are very friendly and welcoming..but need more training on how to actually clean up sick properly instead of leaving it
