Amazing experience
BCA Zoo的点评
点评：We visited the zoo for their primate experience. This included a zoo tour (with other members of the public) followed by a session feeding their squirrel monkeys- we had 3 family members doing the experience and 2 spectating. If you haven't booked all 3 slots you may end up sharing the experience with someone else. The tour covered most of the animals in the small zoo but also included meeting and feeding their resident porcupine, feeding the squirrel monkeys mealworms through their mesh and stroking one of their pythons. For £8 each for the tour this in itself was great value. The primate experience was £25 per person but included the tour for 2 people (whoever was booked for the experience and a spectator). This included hiding small grubs in different enrichment toys for the squirrel monkeys to find and then going into their enclosure and hand feeding them mealworms and different fruit or veg and then watching them play/explore the enrichment tour. We all had a fantastic time and Emily who led the tour and the experience was amazing- she was friendly and enthusiastic and was able to answer all our questions- pitching her answers really well for different ages.
The entire experience, including the tour lasted just over 2 hours and didn't feel rushed at all.
I eould definitely recommend this experience and would do it again in future.
