The service was first-class from start to finish. The planning process from Germany was completely seamless and the team tailored the trip perfectly to our wishes. Everything was delivered exactly as outlined in the initial program – and they even exceeded our expectations!
I went on this trip with my father and we were both amazed by the professionalism and passion of the guides. They were incredibly helpful, extremely knowledgeable and deeply passionate about the national park and its wildlife. You could truly feel how much they love and care for nature and its conservation. They were able to identify every single animal – even every bird – and share fascinating details about them.
A particularly special highlight was the effort they put into helping us see a rhino. For the first two days, we only had a brief glimpse of one. On the final day, the guides went above and beyond by extending the safari, and it paid off: we finally spotted a rhino in the evening! This magical moment is something we’ll never forget.
Thanks to the guides, we also saw so many other animals in their natural habitat: bears, muntjacs, axis deer, sambars, monitor lizards, crocodiles and countless species of birds. It was incredible how many details they pointed out and explained along the way.
This trip was truly one of a kind, and you can tell just how much the team is passionate about the park and its wildlife – and how eager they are to share this enthusiasm with others. We highly recommend United Jungle to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience.
