Polished Salon Spa and Wellness的点评
点评：Getting my nails done is a treat that I don’t often do. My husband had seen that the Polished salon got good reviews. Well for some that may be true and actually was for my daughter. My nail tech however was not professional at all. Her name is Bria. She had started the service, never attempted to establish rapport with me. She visibly became upset when I told her the way she had filled my nail was not to my liking. The nail was totally uneven and not square the way I like them. She tried again and I still did not like it, she put the file in front of me and said there, looking at me with malice, I picked up the file and filed a little on my nails she said that is all, after I did 1 nail (I was stunned, I had never had that before). We got through with filing and she was trimming my cuticles she nicked me not only once but twice. When I said ouch and pulled my hand back she said”what you don’t like that either”. She was putting ph balancer on my nails and thrusting the brush into the bottle and when I would look up at her she again was looking at me with malice in her face. I finally had enough and got up and left. No one in the building offered an apology or asked if they could make the appointment up with another technician. I called to speak to the manager, who was never available. March 23, 2024.
