点评:We had such a great time on this tour and tasting. Callum and Phil couldn't have done a better job. They were informative, friendly, knowledgeable and evidently passionate about Haymans. Starting with a refreshing G&T, Callum took us through the origins of gin and the history of the Hayman family business. We then moved to learn a little about the botanicals; each of us crushing our own individual melange and noticing how different the combinations could be. Phil then showed us his beautiful copper stills and went through the distilling process. All fascinating. Finally Callum explained how to 'taste' gin - what a revelation! We tried three of their gins, both neat and with tonics. All delicious. We would really recommend this experience if you're a lover of gin.
