点评:I have been going to this spa since 2014. My first experience was amazing. Albeit the place is a little "dirty" - the massages/packages/prices and most importantly the staffs attitude, friendliness and attention to detail in terms of how they treated customers WAS fantastic. I really looked forward to the sweet ginger tea with fruit afterwards also. I have visited StarChild Ubud2 both in Jan 2024 and Dec 2024 and the difference is staff attitude is noticeable. There is no friendly welcome when you walk through the door. The staff almost make you feel like even being there is an inconvenience. The ginger tea has gone from something sweet and beautiful with actual pieces of ginger and other things inside to a bitter hot drink thats trying to be passed off as ginger tea. The massages themselves are still great, I will still continue to go there however I do hope the manager or owner is able to re-visit the customer service that once was.
