点评：Visited the santa’s grotto expecting it to be decent for the little ones especially with how it is described on the website , Oh how disappointed we was. The cost of £10 a child for what they put on is daylight robbery.
Queued for over a hour in a room with a few christmas decorations (nothing amazing) to be met with santa who when speaking to my 6 year old told her he will bring presents at 7am but she wont see him as he will be invisible while she is awake.
After meeting santa we was offered a picture to be taken by one of the elves using our phone. After taking the picture the elf said “i’m not sure if it is good or not as ‘that’ kept moving its head” meaning our 1 year old daughter.
We paid for both our children to see santa and receive a present which for the price paid is awful both my 1 year old and 6 year old received the same which was a small activity book and colouring book which you can pick up in a supermarket for 99p.
The elves whilst waiting looked bored and did not even speak.
When we got home my 6 year old turned to us and said she doesn’t want to go there again next year. This is meant to be a great moment for a child as it doesn’t last long until they grow up and has to be the worst santa grotto i have ever been to in my life including free ones.
