点评:I would like to first say the show itself was excellent. The staff however not so much. We had a reservation for 7 and fully expected reserved seating not first come first served. So when we got there on time we saw there was no seating and went to ask. The lady said that’s too bad you’ll have to spilt up individually. We couldn’t do that with 3 young kids and one handicap person. I explained she can’t climb stairs and the lady said sorry all those are taken she will have to. She is in so much pain now. Almost fell twice climbing over people. Awful customer service!!! We ended up with kids in laps and squeezed in so tight we could barely breathe. I was honestly furious and so disappointed I spent so much for such a terrible experience with seating and accommodations.
