Frustrating from the Start…

点评：We have been to water parks all around the world and this has to be the absolute worst. Recognising that it is not advertised as an ‘all singing all dancing’ venue, we anticipated a few slides and a splash pad for our young family and parents which we were happy to experience. The entry fee of 500,000 for 6 people (2 children and 4 adults) was okay but we then had to top up a card that could be used inside the park for food and drinks. We topped this up with the same amount understanding the principle of a cashless system. We carried in the children’s water bottles but my parents had theirs removed from them-made no sense at all.
We got into the park and if we wanted a cabana we would need to pay on the card. We didn’t and sat at a table. We then learned that we would have to pay on the card to use a rubber ring to go on the bigger slides. This has never happened to me in all of my experiences of water parks. The principle of this is just wrong and led to an unnecessary argument with staff.
The toilets were not clean and none of the toilets, male or female had toilet paper, and the table we sat at had bird droppings on them.
Such a disappointing and frustrating experience when everything else in Bali has been just so amazing. To be fair, staff were helpful and friendly while in the park.
If you just want to use the splash pools, enjoy your very expensive trip to the water park where dreams come to die along with the strategy behind ‘customer care’.
