Try paddleboarding at Little Wolf - great!

点评：My partner and I, and our teens opted to try paddle-boarding on a recent holiday to Perranporth, Cornwall, and so we booked a lesson with Dan at Little Wolf Adventures who is based at the Hotel Meudon, Falmouth.
Upon arriving, Dan and his assistant, Ben, were both really friendly and easy to get along with. Wet suits were available, if wanted. Dan took the time to explain how the lesson was going to work, and talked about the paddleboards, explaining various features and things of importance. We then walked down to the beach and got straight onto the water. As predicted by Dan, our teens got it easily and were up on their feet in no time and me and my partner were a slightly different story.
They got us all moving straight away in a linked follow my leader style, with us all laying down on the boards to get us used to being on the water. Techniques for manoeuvring and getting out of trouble were then demonstrated before leading us out onto the ocean.
Dan and Ben were excellent with all of us, taking particular consideration of my partner, who has a phobia of water and getting submerged (a life jacket was provided for her). Her nervousness was taken into consideration at all times during the lesson and at no time did she feel pressurised into doing anything she didn't feel comfortable doing.
We went to a couple of inaccessible beaches along the coast, generally having fun, and yes, getting wet and taking photos. An impromptu headstand on the board competition between Dan and Ben had one of our teens giving it a go before we all headed back to shore.
The highlight of all of this was Dan getting my partner to stand on the board, despite her fear of falling in. We were all really proud of her, and we all came off the water absolutely buzzing from our experience. We cannot thank Dan and Ben enough for a really amazing morning and we can't wait to return for more on our next holiday.
Whilst being some 40 minutes from Perranporth, the calm sea, stunning location, excellent teaching and really friendly welcome made it well worth the travel so if you fancy trying paddle boarding, you really won't go wrong with Little Wolf Adventures.
