点评：We booked this using a Black Friday offer. It was easy to sort over the phone and the lady was very friendly and helpful. We booked for 27th Dec, and apparently as it was Christmas it meant we had to start our spa day later (10am instead of 9am) and leave a little earlier. We arrived and were greated by friendly staff but weren't shown around the spa and instead directed to places. Everything else was well organised, we started with a breakfast and our treatment cards were left on our table here. Everything was well thought of - loved the roll out side tables on the sunbeds by the pool! The changing room was nice and spacious and there wasn't a lot of others in so it was nice to have it quiet and not too busy. The only complaint was the lack of shampoo/conditioner in the showers. Instead there was just one shower gel pump which could be used as all 3? I also accidently squirted some in my eye.. There were two rooms which looked like sauna/steam rooms which weren't in use. The ones by the poolside were and were in very good condition. The pool and jaccuzi were also very good. It's strange because the outside of the building needs some TLC - there's lots of algae and it needs scrubbing but the inside is the complete opposite. The gym was also very good with ample equipment. We both had a treatment, she was very good but at the end just left to get a glass of water. I wasn't sure if she was coming back or what?! She was banging about outside so I eventually got up and got the drink from her. We chose to buy and eat lunch onside (the spa is quite hot on you bringing your own food to be consumed) and it was delicious and not too expensive. We were surprised to find the glasses were from IKEA though! Overall we had a lovely, relaxing day.
