点评：If you plan to book a birthday party at Iron Peak, please manage your expectations and be prepared to micromanage every aspect. Chelsea, the lead birthday party coordinator and some of the staff made promises and failed to deliver. First, I was scheduled for the wrong party type. Next, there was only one check-in station at the front desk and it did not work, not did the check-in website. The party started about 30 minutes late as a result. There were missing party decorations, which were supposed be included. I also had to serve pizza and drinks to the party guests myself while the teenage staff sat around at the front counter and chit chatted. I was told by the staff that there would be a price adjustment for all of the inconveniences. However, when I followed up with Chelsea, she reneged and told me her manager refused the price adjustment. Chelsea told me she would elevate the issue with higher management. Instead, she ghosted me. Save your party money and look elsewhere.
