Alpine Chat Adventure的点评
点评：Over the New Year's vacation, our group of family and friends climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with Alpine Chat Company. This was an amazing experience! Even though we're all fairly fit, the hike was still pretty intense, and I definitely couldn't have done it without our guides and the entire crew of the Alpine Chat. We were well taken care of every step of the way. Our guides, porters, Cook, and other members of the crew took care of us, not only during the actual hike, but also when we got to the campsite where our tents, sleeping bags, and luggage were awaiting for us, and shortly after arriving at the campsite, a few courses hot meal would be served. Our guides were helping us along the way adjusting our pace of the hike (pole pole!), helping us with our light day packs (despite having their own full loads), and even making sure we stayed hydrated and had snacks- which included unwrapping them and opening my thermos when my hands were too number in the icy night of final climb.
I also felt these guys genuinely cared how we felt, how we were... They worked extremely hard long days, carried such heavy loads, always with smiles and positive attitude, laughter and songs. A fantastic group of people. We are forever grateful they made our dream possible.
