Very uncomfortable and terrible experience

点评：I was signed up to a membership for a year did my time all paid up to date and went about 3 times in that time I didn't like the gym lay out I was very uncomfortable and saw things happen in the Jacuzzi that made me feel sick. I tried to cancel they said I had to pay a month even though I wasn't using facilities or in the contract anymore. I didn't pay as I wasn't using their gym, now I'm receiving solicitors letters threatening to ruin my credit score so all the years of working hard for my child and nearly getting a mortgage could be ruined over this company's greed. It's not a credit card its a gym for goodness sake, absolutely disgusting and embarrassing of them to do this to hard working people. If I had in the last month of cancelling the gym used the gym I would understand but I've given so much money for not attending already if they actually looked and would see I've been all together about 3 times way over past the last year. I understand if I was in contract still but I was not anymore, is the company that hard up to do this to people? Now they are claiming I need to pay more and the solicitors fees wow, it's the principle and wrongness that makes me hold back on paying!
