Meadow Lake Golf Resort的点评
点评：Let me preface this by saying I'm not a golfer, so you may enjoy your stay more if you plan to play a lot of golf or have little kids. The outdoor adult pool was heated to an unbearable temperature on 90 degree days, making it completely unusable. The kid's pools were a better temperature, but were packed with kids.
The rooms and some of the policies left much to be desired. They do NOT have daily housekeeping which left us with a big pile of trash by day 3 and nowhere to get rid of it, even with the "please make up the room" sign on the door. They do not replenish the coffee pods, coffee cups or towels in the room and you will have to traipse down to the lobby to ask for these things each night. They only have one real hairdryer and it was "already rented" when I asked to borrow it, leaving me with the useless, tiny dryer attached to the wall to try to dry my long thick hair. The restaurant closes rather early as do the other local restaurants nearby, making it a challenge to get back from Glacier activities each day in time to eat dinner. We thought the mattress was one of the worst we have ever experienced in any hotel, until we realized there was a thick foam topper on it and had it removed. Spouse chose not to play golf after he saw the price list for rental clubs etc. The mowing and edging to keep up the golf course were a little annoying in the mornings.
The things we did like were the gym (although it only had an old fashioned school type water fountain) the grounds were nice and the refrigerator in the room was a nice size. We enjoyed Backslope Brewery nearby for food and craft beer. We also liked the Sapphire shop down the road for interesting gifts and local gemstones.
As a retired airline couple who have stayed in hundreds or maybe even thousands of hotels all over the country, I think you can find better lodging for the price.
