点评：We read a lot of bad reviews on Google Maps and TripAdvisor about the terrible road full of holes, how you’d need a 4WD, the dangerous trail to the waterfalls, and how you’d have to leave your car miles away and walk the entire way down. Naturally, we were scared to go in our little Opel Corsa.
Anyway, we got there around 11:00 after visiting the Temple of Apollo. The road was completely fine - yes, a few small holes from the rain, but nothing like the horror stories we read. We came all the way down and parked our car at the bottom, close to the start of the trail, walked down for maybe 5 minutes (about 300m), and honestly, the trail was a breeze. The only way it could be hard is if you decided to wear flip-flops. Get some proper shoes on! It took us about 10-15 minutes to reach the waterfalls, which were stunning. We swam - no sharp rocks, nothing dangerous.
On the way back, we were worried our underpowered, tiny Opel Corsa wouldn't make it up the hill, but surprise! No problem at all. The road is a mix of gravel and asphalt, but it's made on porpose to get you back up without any problems. All the uphill parts are asphalt. So yeah, no helicopter or spaship needed to go up the hill.
Honestly, ignore the drama reviews. The road is fine, the trail is easy. Rent a bigger car if worried and it will be comfortable trip. Ofcourse, If the most steps you take in a day are between the couch and fridge, well, maybe it’s not for you. But, we met a group of seniors who parked the car at the bottom and made it up just fine.
We arrived at the waterfalls around 11:30-12:00, and it was peaceful—no crowds. But by the time we left at around 13:00, people were starting to show up.
In short, it's 100% worth it. Nothing dangerous, stunning views, and if our death capsule - an Opel Corsa made it all the way up, trust me, you'll be fine.
