Disappointed and let down, out of stock, and out of order.

点评：Booked a overnight stay with spa treatments for my husband and I over the Christmas period. Disappointed and let down is all I can say.
The Room big and looked / smelt clean but neither of the TV worked at first. We asked reception to come and looking they could get them working, which to be fair they did get one of them working. I couldn't get the heating on either but it wasn't that cold when we stayed.
We had a everning meal with was alright but most of the meal options weren't available because they were waiting on delivery's. The ones that were available had items missing due not having them in stock, same can be said for the wines. We didn't bother order wine when we heard the couple next to us order 3 different bottles of wine to be told sorry we don't have any of that available today. Breakfast was nice, seemed to be better stocked that the night time menus, tea, coffee, friut juices. Hot food, bacon, sausage, beans, hash browns and eggs. Bread for toasting. Cereal and friut were available.
The spa was even worse. Short staffed due to illness. Hot drinks machine not working, ther was no juice either as they ran out before we arrived.
No towel available and the therma spa was not set up properly and the foot spa was broken. The swimming pool was nice but the hot tubs were out of order.
This was supposed to relax and rejuvenate us ready to enter 2025, instead we came home early feeling Disappointed and let down.
