A great little place, if you can find it and don't mind having available water.

点评：The best thing that I can say about this campground is that it, the camp host was very helpful and friendly.
Now, for the real review.
We booked 3 nights, in Little Buffalo State Park, We arrived at 5pm to find no ranger, a closed office and no instructions left for us. Believe me when I say, if we had not stumbled upon a helpful soul, we would have never had found the camping ground, which was several miles from the Park office. I guess they thought we had been there before.
After finding the campground, which is rather limited in campsite size, we then found out that there was no water! Oh sure, there was water for bath house, but not for the sites. In order to get water, you had to drive to the bath house area, where there was a fresh-water pump. That would have been fine, if we were staying for one night, but we were staying for 3 nights. We don't take showers, in bath houses. We use our own bath shower for personal and hygienic reasons. Translation.... we would have to "undo" our whole set up just to get refilled on water. That was not going to happen.
Please understand that we are not back-packing campers or enjoy limited services. We have a 36' Class A, which is in no way ideal for a campground like Little Buffalo.
I called the next morning and spoke with the office and asked them if we could get a refund because we were leaving a day early. Thankfully, they gave us a refund.
