Polar Express was great!

点评：I Read the bad reviews and was dreading going to the Polar Express tonight with the family - 10 of us ( 3 children ages 2,3 &4). It was cold - 10 degrees out. We had tickets in coach 3 and a 6pm departure. We got there at 5pm and they held the museum open until we boarded the train and the model train displays were awesome and it was warm! Boarded the train and it was warm too! We didn’t see any spilled cocoa or cookie crumbs. Speakers worked fine with music and the story and the staff on our train were really nice and had a lot of fun and interacted with the kids. Hot chocolate was good and not tooo hot and sugar cookies good too! Santa interacted with all the kids. Our coach had a girl chef (wish I had asked her name) who was awesome - she took everybody’s family pics who wanted them, she collected garbage, she led the “let’s go Buffalo!!!” Chant at the end (we were missing the game!) The kids had a great time and we did too! Thank you to the terrific young staff members who made our train ride a treat! Oh and I didn’t see anybody eating food or a food truck there in the train station. They do have a gift shop inside. I would highly recommend doing the polar express at night for the Xmas lights and snow made it look pretty. Great experience - worth the time and $!
