点评:Sbakery by Mama Soo sort of showed up out of nowhere a couple years back and is now our favourite place in the city for thick, creamy NYC style cheesecake slices that have the perfect texture, sweet and sour creaminess and taste along with graham cracker like crust.
They have operated pop-up stalls in several higher end shopping malls around the city in recent years until opening up their first flagship bakery shop on Tai Ping Shan Road last year. Recently, they opened up a pop-up on the 3/F of the Landmark Atrium, providing those in Central opportunity to purchase their various cheesecake slices to enjoy back in their home or area hotels. Opening hour for his Sbakery stall are 11am to 7pm (weekdays) and 11am to 6pm (weekends).
Slices are pricy at HK$98 each but the portion sizes are large and the quality consistently very, very good. We like the original cheesecake just fine and are particularly fond of the Banoffee Cheesecake which has delicious banana and bit of caramel on top. There are seasonal cheesecake variations as well.
