Great activity - shame about the staff attitude

点评：This would have been a fantastic review - except for the attitude of staff towards safety / signage / customer satisfaction and 8 year old distress.
This is a good value activity for any child aged 8 or above. (There are routes for younger children too but they are limited which means they run out of things to do and there is no general playground area for them to entertain themselves when the bigger kids are in the treetops).
This would have been a brilliant day but unclear signage meant that our 8 year old ended up on a run which was too hard for him, leaving him dangling in the air and having to be rescued by staff (something which we witnessed happen to at least 3 other children) .
The staff member came to our son's rescue pretty promptly but it took at least 20 minutes to lower him down - and the whole thing could have been avoided by a clearer sign. While the first staff member was great and acknowledged that the signage was unclear, the senior staff member we spoke to was smirking and dismissive, saying they would deal with it 'next year'. This attitude really soured what would otherwise have been a great experience.
