点评：I own a tour company, and reserved a tour of this castle many months ago. Our tour was scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. yesterday. We confirmed the tour the day of the tour. Well, the 14 of us arrived at 4 p.m., but the gates were locked and no one was there. After about 15 minutes, I finally realized that the man in charge was across the street, at a tavern, smoking a cigarette. I told him that I had 13 customers waiting on the side of the road. He didn't seem to care, and told me that the guide was late. She showed up at 4:30 p.m., and when I told her she was 30 minutes late, she said, "You are not in Germany. People here are often late." No apology. No awareness that I had 13 people in their '70s and '80s standing on the side of the road for 30 minutes, outside of a locked gate. Really pathetic customer service. If you book a tour here, expect a late start. The castle/chateau is interesting, but I would never book another tour there, and I lead tours on six different continents.
