Great architecture, great stuff and soviet-era management

点评：We drove through Sanzeno on our way to buy cheese at Romeno and then take a walk to San Romedio Sanctuary. We spotted this modern building, a bit...Frank Gehry sort of, and found out it was a Museum. So, we stopped...let's go and see it...closed! Opens Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 6 pm. We are two Italians living in Australia and had with us our cousin from Minnesota. So, we started laughing...this may be some sort of state-run thing that got a lot of money for the building and perhaps there is nothing to show inside. Soviet era style in Trentino...where the Lega is the political leader, but...maybe...same thing?
We saw a camper stopping by, at 10:30 am and a family with kids going to check opening time and dad sadly explaining that it was closed...too early.
We saw other people stop by and drive away frustrated.
So, we decided: let's go to San Romedio, then go to the crystal lake in Fondo, have a nice lunch and, perchance... if this place really opens between 2 and 6 pm...we can drop by.
At that stage we were making fun of those who run such a "Architecturally designed" place that opens two days a week...at the beginning of Autumn (early October) when tourists are still around. We thought that the place was a "ghost" thing...But...we found it open at 3 pm!!!!
So, we gave it a try. And, let me tell you, the ticket is amazingly cheap (probably that's why it is open only two days a week). And I asked if the opening hours where the same througout the year...No..Apparently, the Museums shuts down from November to April. What a way to run things!
Well, if you happen to drive by Sanzeno in Summer...Sat-Sun, from 2 to 6 pm...this place is amazing. Not only the exhibit has exquisite pieces of pre-Roman and Roman-time jewelry, every day tools, war tools, parts of old homes. The building itself is beautifully constructed. I was dumbfounded by the silliness of those who run the place. This should be a top attraction in Trentino! and nobody knows about it if they are foreigners (including Italians who are not from Trentino). What a pity. What a waste of resources. What a shame.

所以，我们试了一下。而且，让我告诉你，门票非常便宜（可能这就是它每周只开放两天的原因）。我问是否全年的开放时间都一样……不……显然，博物馆从 11 月到 4 月关闭。多么棒的经营方式啊！
