点评:The amount of greed Eckert’s displays is distrusting. They charge $7 for each person to pick their own peaches and don’t even take a portion of that off when you purchase your peaches. You are already paying double of what a supermarket charges so that my first complaint. Then, the tractor took us to an area of the orchard that was over picked and basically only had hard green peaches on the trees. We walked for forty minutes looking for ripe peaches and only managed to fill one box half way before we gave up. The peaches we did pick were hard as rocks and cannot be eaten for days until they ripen. Then we waited for forty five minutes before a tractor came back to pick us up. Keep in mind this was a Saturday so there were over 70 people waiting to be picked up at this point. Once on the tractor, we found out that no other tractors were coming to our area because they knew there were no peaches to be picked where we were and all other people were going to the other orchard across Green Mount Rd. So they already knew they dropped us into a crap area and wasted our time there. So basically I paid $24 for 10 peaches that were hard as baseballs and wasted almost two hours doing it.
