点评：What great people! I traveled to the area from the eastern part of the state and had a ride planned with another company. Even though I had a confirmation email, they said they were closed that day and never heard of me. At least they recommended I call Rugg's.
Not wanting me to miss out, Kip put together a last-minute ride for me with his nephew, Elijah. He gave me a quick safety and technique lesson, and off we went for a 2.5 hour ride through some beautiful forest. Elijah was friendly and helpful and kept an eye out to make sure my horse and I were close behind. They really saved the day for me - I suspect it was much better than what I had originally planned.
The next time I make it to the area, I plan to book another ride with Rugg's. I think they truly care about giving people a good experience.
