The Tudor House Museum的点评
点评：This is a great little museum looking back at the history of Upton. It is free to enter and relies on contributions from visitors. There are also local crafts available to purchase. There is a ground floor and two further floors filled with historical artefacts and local information going through the years. There is also a lovely little garden with seating. What was interesting was that while we were in Upton, the flood defences were being put in place around the town and there were quite a few photographs from many years ago showing a lot of Upton under water.
One thing to note is that there is not a lift and the staircases are a bit of a challenge if you have dodgy knees or mobility issues so care needs to be taken. There are also a few steps on different levels of floors so pay attention when looking at things. Toilets are also situated on the first floor. Volunteers are there to answer any questions and were very knowledgeable about the area.
