点评:The largest of the colonnades in Karlovy Vary - a beautiful construction , reminding of the ancient Greek architecture. The Mill Colonnade (or Mlynske in Czech) is impressive by dimension and also by the style adopted - Neo-Renaissance- by the architect.
Built between 1871 and 1881 in the center of Karlovy Vary it is housing 6 hot springs inside - and even that it was the source of controversy, some people where blaming it and said that it is destroying the image of Karlovy Vary , the work of Josef Zitek is beautiful and impressive.
There are 124 columns that are supporting the roofing of the construction with a lot decorations and bas-reliefs that are present on the building.
If you are into architecture and art it is definitely worth a visit , if not, it can also be very interesting to stop here for a few pics since it is a true landmark of the city. When in Karlovy Vary remember to visit the Mill Colonnade too, it is worth it.
