Worst spa experience ever.... avoid this SPA!

点评：We booked a treatment for 2 people (25 min massage + floating).
Our resume:
- No slipper or bathrobe are provided
- You have to pay 3 EUR for a hair cover (even for men). I have never seen a SPA where men have to wear a hat for the hair.
- The massage itself was very poor.. it had nothing to do with relaxing. It was way too soft for a massage (caressing). No question asked during the massage if everything is ok
- The treatment rooms are at the opposite of the lift. So you can hear people all the time coming and going. You can't relax at all.
- The floating has nothing to to with a real floating experience. First it is was too small for 2 people without touching each other all the time. Don't sell it as a 2 people experience. You will have more disappointed guests. Sell it for 1 pax only. It is just a tiny pool with some salt Walter (No capsule experience as is should be. Same issue here... you can people hear from the corridor. The drain was clogged as well at the shower... from all the salt. So you were standing in water in the room. It was just disgusting.
- I have stopped the floating just after 5 minutes and told the lady I was disappointed and asked if I can use the other spa area then. She was so grumpy... and said "no" at first place.. but she noticed how pissed I was.. and let me use the other SPA facility finally.
- The whole experience from start to finish was just disappointing. They didn't care at all if you feel relaxed. A SPA is a place where you should feel relaxed and welcomed.
Please avoid this SPA.. we were so disappointed. I have never had such a bad experience in a SPA.
