点评：This is lost time I could never get back…a cruise I would not recommend to anyone.
This Filipino woman by the name of Berna needs to take some training on human interaction. She has no manners and treats customers like little kids. She is definitely in the wrong business and needs to get fired. She’s bad for the business, full stop!
They claim to serve a dinner buffet but they are sadly trying to nickel and dime their customers by pretending to put food on our plates at the buffet line. They would not let us serve ourselves at the buffet line!! Sounds to me like they have their own definition of ‘buffet’. It may be more appropriate to call it “a poor man’s buffet”! You can only eat what they put on your plate. A damn shame!!
The dinner table where they sat our family was always smelling exhaust fumes. We had no idea where it was coming from.
I would spread the word and tell everyone I know how this cruise is managed. A definite thumbs down! Fire that freaking Berna!
