Unpleasant welcome to Beverley
Beverley Tourist Information Centre的点评
点评：Why put Tourist information office upstairs in the Treasure House. Didn’t get past foyer ,my dog and I got slung out ,no dogs in here! The Janitor also refused to look after my dog saying I could tie her up to the lovely rings outside of which there are several,none of them used.
Now for the best bit …..the office was closed till 1 pm because they were in a meeting I was told.
Doesn’t the council realise that domestic tourists are quite likely to holiday with their dogs and they don’t want to tie them outside. They might also consider that having meetings at around 11.15 in the middle of the summer holidays and closing the facility is ridiculous
In contrast we visited the Guildhall later ,a lovely lady greeted us explained dogs couldn’t go upstairs and looked after the dog whilst we did ,and gave the dog a drink
